Open the template: resize the template to 848 widths (height will follow) and then do a canvas resize to 948 widths (height will follow); save under a new filename.

Delete the credits and black star layers.

Use paper 2 to replace the white rectangle layer. Use paper 5 to replace the white circle layer.

Use paper 12 to replace the small pink circles layer. Use paper 17 and replace layers pink circle and pink rectangle.

Use paper 15 to replace the black rectangle layer, black circle larger layer, and the black thin rectangle layer. Invert the colour on the black circle small layer.

Duplicate paper layers, starting from the bottom: 15 (rectangle), 12 (for small circles), and 15 (large rectangle). Add a white outline in 4 and add a noise 80 / 100 / 75.00.

To replace the word art, simply use Calibri on 14 for "The Power of" and 22 for "LOVE." Use all caps for both.

Add Colour Splash above the white background; delete the ant layers, duplicate, mirror and flip to position.

Open hearts 6 and work it so that you create what is seen in the tag.  Add the sequins under the hearts layer.

Add any new elements that you choose to know. Resize before adding your name and copyright. Upload to enjoy.
