Create a canvas 1000 x 1000 in size; we'll resize later.

Open neia-justbegin-frame-3, rotate, resize by 50% and add to the canvas; center align.

Open neia-justbegin-pp-20, resize by 25% and to the canvas; center align, then remove the excess.

Open the tube, resize standing tube by 80%, add the the canvas above all layers and center align.

Open neia-justbegin-foliage-1, resize by 35% and add above all layers; position, duplicate, and mirror.

Open neia-justbegin-flower-7, resize by 40% and add above the foliage layer.

Open neia-justbegin-flower-5, resize by 20% and add to one side of the flower 7 layer; duplicate and mirror to position on the opposite side.

Open neia-justbegin-wordbits-1, resize by 50% and place under the left flower 5 layer.

Open neia-justbegin-wordbits-3, resize by 50% and add under the right flower 5 layer.

Open neia-justbegin-flower-1, resize by 15% and add above the word bits; mirror for the word bit 3 layer.

Open neia-justbegin-scatters-2, resize by 30% and add under the foliage layer, lower right. Add again to the left side with a flip and mirror before positioning.

Open neia-justbegin-flower-8, resize by 23% and add above the foliage layer (upper and lower).

Open neia-justbegin-cone, resize by 20% and add below the last flower layer; lighten, duplicate, mirror then flip and then position on the other side.

Open neia-justbegin-flair-3, resize by 25% and add under the right pinecone layer.

Open neia-justbegin-foliage-2, resize by 15%, mirror, flip and add under the flair layer. Add another above the foliage (left) as it was normally (not flipped or mirrored).

Open neia-justbegin-flower-2, resize by 20% and add above the foliage layer (left).

Open neia-justbegin-flair-2, resize by 30% and add above the frame layer (right).

Open neia-justbegin-frame-2, resize by 50% and then add behind the tube (position the right edge near the edge of the word bits 3 layer).

Open neia-justbegin-pp-12, resize by 25% and add to the center of the frame opening; remove excess.

Open neia-justbegin-solids-11, resize by 25% and add to the smaller opening in the frame 2 layer.

Add any elements that you choose now. Crop as close as you can to the design, resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
