Open GS_Smile_Its_Spring_LRT_pattern2, resize by 25%, and apply the mask; add to the canvas and center align.

Open GS_Smile_Its_Spring_tmonette_rope-frame, resize by 55% and add above the mask layer; center aling.

Open GS_Smile_Its_Spring_tmonette_pp1, resize by 25% and add to the frame opening.

Open GS_Smile_Its_Spring_sbm_foliage, resize by 25% and add to the right of the frame layer and slightly rotate; duplicate, mirror/flip, and position under the first layer.

Open GS_Smile_Its_Spring_tmonette_flower1, resize by 25%, and add above the leaves layers.

Open GS_Smile_Its_Spring_LRT_wa_happy, resize by 25% and then add under the flower layer.

Open GS_Smile_Its_Spring_LRT_rosette, resize by 15% and add above the frame layer.

Open GS_Smile_Its_Spring_LRT_flower1, resize by 15% and add above the frame layer.

I added two more layers of eaves above the frame layer to fill out the arrangement.

Open the tube, resize by 75% and add above all layer to position; duplicate, move one above the frame paper layer, remove excess, drop shadow the top layer and remove the excess.

Open GS_Smile_Its_Spring_ponytails_charm, resize by 25% and add under the word art.

Open GS_Smile_Its_Spring_LRT_string, , mirror, resize by 30% and add below the large pink flower layer.

Crop as close as you can to the design, resize (if needed), before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy
