Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We can always crop and resize later.

Open CCC_WaterSplash paper PU (1), resize by 25%, apply the mask, and add to the canvas.

[Note: I resized my mask to 1100 widths before adding to my canvas.]

Open CCC_WaterSplash ele (12), resize to 1152 widths and add above the mask layer.

Open CCC_WaterSplash paper PU (1), resize to 1100 widths and add to the frame opening.

Open CCC_WaterSplash ele (2), resize by 35% and add above all layers; duplicate, move one below the frame layer, drop shadow the top layer and remove excess on both.

Open CCC_WaterSplash ele (3), resize by 25% and add above the frame paper layer; remove excess.

Open CCC_WaterSplash ele (11), resize by 32%, mirror and add below the first flamingo layer; duplicate, move one below the second flamingo layer, drop shadow the top layer and remove excess.

Open CCC_WaterSplash ele (24), resize by 30% and add under all flamingo layers.

Open CCC_WaterSplash ele (20), resize by 12% and add below the flamingo layer.

Open CCC_WaterSplash ele (15), mirror, resize by and add above the flamingo layer.

Open CCC_WaterSplash ele (20), resize by 20% and add above the seashell layer.

Open CCC_WaterSplash ele (19), resize by 15% and add above the conch shell layer.

Open CCC_WaterSplash ele (16), resize by 15% and add above all layers; slightly turn.

Open CCC_WaterSplash ele (26), resize by 30%, add above all the layers; I removed the water splashes.

Crop as close as you can tot he mask layer, resize (if needed), before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
