Create a canvas 1000 x 1000; we'll resize later. 

Open etdesigns_ws_elp_frame, resize by 40% and add to the canvas; center align. I used paper 5 for the frame center after a 25% resize.

Open etdesigns_ws_elp_snowflakes_3, resize by 25% and add above the frame layer, in two places.

Open etdesigns_ws_elp_splatters, resize by 35% and add in two places above your mask layer.

Open  etdesigns_ws_elp_flower-b, resize by 25% and add in the upper left  hand corner.

Open etdesigns_ws_elp_doodle, resize by 20%, and add under the flower; manually rotate slightly.

Open etdesigns_ws_elp_branche, resize by 35% and add above the frame layer; manually rotate slightly.

Open etdesigns_ws_elp_branche_5 resize by 35% ad add above the first branch layer.

Open etdesigns_ws_elp_flower, resize by 30% and add above the snowflake layer.

Open etdesigns_ws_elp_flower_2, resize by 25% and then add above the last flower layer. Duplicate and add one below the upper flower layer.

Open the tube, resize by 50% and add above all layers. Add your mask now.

Crop and resize now. Add your copyright and name now.

Duplicate the snowflakes 3 layer and add your plugin. Use AS3 to animate your design, before uploading to a photo sharing site to use.
