Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We can always crop and resize later.

Save the mask and resize to 1000 widths.

Open Eyeinspire_TrickorTreat_Paper8, resize to 1000 widths and apply the mask; add to the canvas and center align.

Open Eyeinspire_TrickorTreat_Frame1, rotate, resize by 30%, invert the color, and then position on the mask layer.

Open Eyeinspire_TrickorTreat_Paper2, resize by20% and add to the frame opening.

Open the standing tube and put it to the right of the frame layer.

Open Eyeinspire_TrickorTreat_Ribbon, resize by 35%, mirror, and then add above the frame layer.

Open Eyeinspire_TrickorTreat_Tag, mirror, resize by 40%, and then add above the ribb0on layer; manually rotate slightly to position.

Open Eyeinspire_TrickorTreat_Circle2, resize by 55% and add above the mask layer; manually position.

Open Eyeinspire_TrickorTreat_Border1, resize by 50% and add above the frame layer. Duplicate, move one below the frame layer, drop shadow both and remove the appropriate sections.

Open Eyeinspire_TrickorTreat_Border2, resize by 30% and add above the top border 1 layer; carefully remove the right side.

Open Eyeinspire_TrickorTreat_Scatter1, resize by 50% and add two bats to the left of the design, above the tag layer.

Open Eyeinspire_TrickorTreat_Scatter2, resize by 40% and add above all layers; remove excess to the right.

Open Eyeinspire_TrickorTreat_WebCorner, resize by 10% and add on either side of the fence.

Crop as close as you feel comfortable with and resize before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
