Declaration of Love Freebies
Hello Fellow Tag Bloggers,
Like many, I have been missing from the field for a while but I am back for a (however) brief spell. There have been a lot of things that have happened recently that, in the course of life, has thrown me a curve ball but have also been blessings in disguise.
Of course, the first is work. The field that I am in (healthcare) takes a lot of my time and, by the time that I do clock out, it is late and I am tired. Plus, I am working most of the week so I have little time to do much of anything but eat and sleep.
Secondly, back in November 2019, I was in a car accident (not my fault) that sent me to the hospital, with no major injuries I'm happy to report (on either side), but it did locate the fact that I had an enlarged uterus, which took a few trips back to the doctor to find a solution. Currently, I still have no clue as to what is wrong with me, but I do, at least, have an idea that the uterus is not just enlarge .... it is hugely enlarged, which accounts for the massive weight gain I have been experiencing over the last two years. So, after much debate with my gynecologist, I am slated to have a hysterectomy this February so I'm hoping that we can figure out what is wrong with pathology once all is over.
Until then, I have been going through my scrap files yet again, in preparation for my six week recovery, and am finding that a LOT of designers have quite the field. This is so sad but I feel so luck to have a few mini kits so that I can, at least, sharpen my chops a bit. LOL
This is an old kit by Yelina, called "Declaration of Love", which is no longer available. I hope you enjoy the freebies!

Pretty Sweet Font Friday (Antika)
Hello Fellow Tag Bloggers,
I used to do an item on my page, called "Font Friday," that I had seen on another fellow tag bloggers page (and which I thought was a pretty good idea) that highlights a new, up and coming font for tag designers, since we all need that good font to set off our designs!
I usually take an older kit that I have, and is no longer available to the public, and make a little goody out of it, while highlighting my newly chosen font (as if I need more of those!). This freebie kit is called (what else!) "Pretty Sweet," by Zoe Pearn, who used to sell at Sweet Shoppe Designs, but is no longer at this location.
The tube I am using is called "Sweet Taylor" by Ismael Rac, which I purchased at his online store but is no longer available, it seems.
Today I am highlighting: Antika. I have to admit that I am a sucker for cursive and/or calligraphy type fonts, because I'm a little on the girly side! I hope that you find this font just as useful in your girly or romantic style designs as well.
If your name is listed below, please feel free to snag the goody!
